Any purchase with this item will be considered “Pre-Order” and will arrive within 7-14 business days. We do not offer rush shipping for “pre-order” items. Once we receive tracking information for your package, we will send it via email. The package will come through Fedex from overseas, that is why the wait time is longer.

PREODER- If you have purchased a preorder item, our regular shipping policy DOESN'T APPLY. Preordering takes an additional time to fulfill. Preorder items takes 2-3 weeks ( BUSINESS DAYS ONLY ) for us to process and ship your order. * CAN TAKE UP TO 4 WEEKS IF THERE ARE MINOR DELAYS *

Please note that our suppliers are out of the country. Once we have received the items we will begin processing and shipping your order. By purchasing a preorder item you're agreeing to these terms. NO REFUND will be available non whatsoever. A preorder item is paid for and already purchased from my supplier once you place your order!

PREORDER FROM ME TO YOU PROCESS- Once i received your preorder, you will automatically receive your tracking information. ALL ORDERS OVER $100 REQUIRES A SIGNITURE TO BE SIGNED BY YOU IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGES. We send you tracking information for a reason so you will know when to expect your delivery. If you fail to sign for your package, you will have to check your tracking number for further details of how to receive your package. If that isn't available you will have to contact your local USPS post office to see your options with receiving the package. ( MOST TIMES THEY WILL HOLD IT THERE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS FOR YOU TO PHYSICALLY COME PICK IT UP ) 9/10 I also contact you to let you know that you need to see about your package before further action is taken which is then returning the package to me and can take a bit longer because returned packages aren't high priority. If the package is returned to me, you will HAVE to pay a $15 fee to get it reshipped if its priority or $10 if its standard. There will be NO complete refund or cancellation. it cost to create another shipping label plus use a different packaging.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGE ITEMS DURING SHIPMENT. Once you've received your email confirmation its NO LONGER in our possession. Therefore, PLEASE CONTACT USPS ABOUT ANY LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGE PACKAGES.
