How long does it take to get my order? 

 All orders are processed within 1-3 business days depending how large the order is or how many orders are there to be fulfilled. Express Shipping takes 1-3 business days to arrive after being shipped. Economy  Shipping may take up to 3-5 business days to arrive after being shipped. Shipping times may vary due to Covid, weather conditions, holidays and simply if an item is low in stock. A member of our team will reach out to you if there is a chance your package might be delayed or it is delayed. 
 What is the refund and exchange  policy? 

 DUE TO COVID-19 AND INCREASED SAFETY RISKS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. The only exception for this policy is when it comes to footwear. If there is a case where I advised you on getting a certain size and that size did not fit, then you are eligible for an exchange. The exchange has to be the same shoe and color just a different size and I have to receive it in 10 days time. You, the customer, are responsible for all shipping costs including the costs to reship your new shoes if you are choosing to do express.  N&C Glam Collection LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or delays in shipment. Once an item is shipped it is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure items arrive in a timely manner and gets delivered. All orders are double checked before shipment to ensure that there are no defects or problems with the item(s).
What is the cancelation policy?

You have 24 hours to cancel your order. This is due to the fact that once your order begins to process it is hard to be canceled on my end especially if your items have already been paid for. If your order needs to be canceled during the 24 hour grace period there is a $5 refund fee. This fee is applied by the system not N& C Glam Collection. The $5 will be deducted from the price paid for shipping. After items have been started to process and/or ready to be shipped the order cannot be canceled or issued a refund whatsoever.
 What countries do you ship to? 

 Currently, we only ship to USA. 
 My order was successful for my card was not charged. 

In efforts to prevent loss of inventory the built in fraud system detects orders that maybe "fraudulent" or "suspicious". Therefore it may seem as if your order was placed but in reality it was not because there was no charge. Our team will review every order that is flagged and will reach out to you if needed. 
 My order was canceled after it was  placed?

N&C Glam Collection LLC payment gateway has built in fraud prevention, but if there is a case where your billing zip code does not match the information for the the card used to checkout on the website your order will be flagged for cancelation by N&C Glam Collection LLC. I will reach out to you for you to verify specific information. If you fail to reply or fail to present the correct information your order will be canceled.
 How can I track my order?

Once tracking numbers have been placed in the system. 
USPS tracking numbers as well as the economy tracking numbers will take time to be updated once shipped. Packages are shipped to the carrier and in turn when the carrier ships the items USPS, tracking numbers are created and then the following day the tracking number list is sent to me. When you receive a tracking number your order has officially been shipped out and is making its way to you. USPS is responsible for their system and tracking updates. At times USPS will not make any updates until your order has been delivered or until they have an estimated delivery date. Until your tracking history is updated the shipment page will read "Label Created, Shipment information sent to USPS". In most cases after your tracking history has updated your package will be delivered in 2 days (including the weekends).
